Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with any of our products, please feel free to reach out to us at info@getongitfarm.com, we will try our best to make it right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@getongitfarm.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Live Animals
All live animal sales are final. In picking up and transporting an animal away from our property you agree that animal is in healthy condition and relinquish any right to monetary or other settlement for illness or health conditions which may arise after it leaves our premises. Refunds
We do not offer refunds on our products, but if you have damages or other issues, a refund may be granted depending on the circumstance and if we can make it right. If a refund is approved, you will receive a notification and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
